By initiating an order for physical hardware via felix-randt.de, operated by Ledger SAS, you accept the following legal terms:

1. Hardware Functionality & Scope

The hardware units are strictly physical, offline environments engineered solely for raw data retention. Ledger SAS explicitly DOES NOT offer financial trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, interest-bearing accounts, or custody services. The product is sold purely "as-is" for the purpose of local, air-gapped data security.

2. Limitation of Liability

Given the non-custodial and offline nature of the device, Ledger SAS assumes zero responsibility or liability for data loss resulting from physical destruction of the hardware post-delivery, misplaced PIN codes, or the user's failure to properly secure their analog, offline recovery phrases.

3. Physical Warranty

All units are covered by a standard 24-month replacement warranty covering factory manufacturing defects under normal, offline usage conditions. Intentional physical tampering voids this warranty immediately.
